CM Team Member on the total rebuild of the former United Colorpress Building into Class A office and classroom space. Provided construction management personnel and skilled craftsmen to the project.
PM for second floor fit-out in the five-story tower wing of Miami Valley Hospital South. Managed all skilled and non-skilled tradesmen on metal studs, drywall, doors, frames, hardware and partial Division10 items.
GC-Extensive renovations of Building 10 as well as various sites campus-wide, including award winning renovation project of Building 17.
GC-45,000 sf demo & reno of Concourse C & C-Connector. Carpet, paint, drywall, metal studs, doors, hardware & acoustical ceiling.
DCSC Restroom Renovations GC-Managed all trades including MEP for total interior renovations of 85 men’s and women’s restrooms Base-wide. DCSC Defense Finance Dispersing Offices Renovation GC-Managed all trades including MEP for total interior renovation of the Defense Finance Dispersing Offices on Base.
Major subcontractor for new construction of interiors, plumbing & HVAC on the Base’s new Child Development Center.
WPAFB Hospital Lower-level Interior Fit-Out GC-Managed all trades including MEP for 25,000 sf total renovation. WPAFB ID&Info Bldg-Interior Renovation GC-Total renovation of Building 286 Pass & Identification Center. WPAFB Woodland Hills Kitchen & Bathroom Demolition & Renovations GC-renovation of 320 units for Base housing. WPAFB NCO Club Dining Area Demolition & Renovations
